Our Responsibility

 

We stand by our values: openness, sustainability, community, collaboration and accessibility. They determine how we deal with one another and with the outside world. Dealing with our resources, both our personal ones and those of our environment is particularly important to us.

 

Climate

  • Our houses and offices usually follow the most modern climate regulations (low-energy houses)
  • Climate-neutral or climate-friendly energy generation: Photovoltaics to generate electricity, where this is not possible we use green electricity from Stadtwerke Tübingen
  • Heat exchangers at the house or district heating for heating
  • We almost exclusively use LED light sources
  • this website runs on hydroelectric power

Region

  • We buy as regionally as possible: our high-quality office furniture, the drinks from regional manufacturers as well as consumables
  • in the premium spaces, we offer free Demeter fruit from the Bläsiberg
  • We are aware of our responsibility for the regional society and therefore support local non-profit initiatives to the best of our ability
  • We contribute to the public discourse regarding the values and foundations of our society through lectures and small and large discussion groups

Company

  • We believe in the possible positive influence of coworking on the work-life balance and on the personal self-image of the coworkers
  • All our spaces are barrier-free
  • We are vehemently committed to gender equality, and we see various teams as a natural benefit
