This is also possible, you can use the small seminar room, for example, alone or in a team of up to 6 people. All technology is included, as well as optional coffee, tea or soft drinks.

We have a public underground car park in the building, which is connected to our rooms via a wheelchair accessible lift. There are more parking spaces within walking distance in the Metropol car park or in the Neckar car park.

Of course:

• all meeting rooms are accessible without stairs,
• the entrance from Eisenbahnstrasse is at ground level, there is a wheelchair lift from Hanna-Bernheim-Strasse,
• all floors are accessible via two elevators,
• we also offer wheelchair-accessible toilets for each meeting room on the same floor,
• the access from the underground car park via the elevators is wheelchair-friendly, and there are also several disabled parking spaces directly in front of the building (Hanna-Bernheim-Strasse).

Nein, cash payment is not possible with us. Usually we issue an invoice after your event that shows all services - room, catering, options. For larger events or private celebrations, we ask for a deposit / deposit for the booking in advance. And of course you will receive an offer from us in advance if you wish.

We are all in the same "boat" right now, you would probably like to hold your event, but are currently unable to do so due to the current regulations. So if you have to reschedule an appointment, we understand and do not charge cancellation fees if we have not yet made any commitments (caterer, staff) ourselves. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will find a solution together.

It's up to you to judge, but we think it may have something to do with the following:

• 360-degree beautiful views of the Neckar, the Österberg, the southern part of the city... and all the way to Rottenburg
• an ecological building in wood-hybrid construction, managed sustainably and consciously
• Modern, fully equipped rooms (air-conditioned)
• all the necessary technology on site, from flipcharts to streaming equipment
• ... and last but not least: the sunset on the roof terrace!

Of course, the modern ambience, the full equipment, the beautiful adjoining rooms and the separate entrance make SAAL EINS an ideal wedding location! You are not tied to a specific Cateter with us, but we offer advice on this and, optionally, an almost fully equipped scullery.
